POLIMIN P-21 THERMO FACADE PRO adhesive mixture is intended for protection of insulation (execution of a reinforcing layer on EPS, graphite EPS, mineral wool) in insulation systems of buildings and structures, as well as for gluing decorative elements made of expanded polystyrene, fastening of insulation boards made of expanded polystyrene, including graphite, and mineral wool. Types of bases: concrete of all categories, aerated concrete, cement and cement-lime plasters, unplastered walls made of hollow and solid brick, sandstone, ceramic blocks.
Thanks to the improved formula, the material provides:
▪ long open time of the adhesive mixture and resistance to displacement, which ensure gluing and adjustment of the insulation position for a long time (up to 20 minutes);
▪ high plasticity of the solution, which ensures application of the adhesive mixture to the insulation with a notched trowel;
▪ high vapor permeability. which does not hinder the movement of water vapor and is important when using mineral wool insulation in the system;
▪ optimally selected recipe allows for reliable fixation of insulation boards made of both polystyrene foam and mineral wool;
▪ low water absorption, which protects the thermal insulation well from the effects of water;
▪ elasticity of the adhesive reinforced with microfiber, which increases the operational stability of the system, and therefore its durability.
