The plant to produce lime and sand-lime bricks “Kovel-Vapno” LLC – is an enterprise that is a part of the Fomalgaut Group of companies since 2006.
Production facilities allow manufacturing:
It is located near the deposits of carbonate rocks and sand.
Activities of the enterprise:
– production of lime and gypsum cement.
– mining of stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and slate stone.
– development of gravel and sand pits, extraction of clay and kaolin.
– production of cement.
– production of mortars.
– manufacturing of products from concrete, plaster and cement.
– rent and leasing of construction machinery and equipment for the building of civil facilities.
– freight transportation by road.
In 2017, a complete modernization of equipment and reorientation to the production of non-activated mineral powder MP-1 for asphalt concrete were carried out.
Now, the enterprise produces up to 200 tons/day of the MP-1 powder to supply it to road construction companies in the Volyn region, Rivne region, Zhytomyr region, and Lviv region.
In addition, this product is in demand among manufacturers of dry building mixes as a carbonate filler.
In 2020, more than 30,000 tons of certified products were produced at the plant’s facilities.
